windows blink, windows button panel doesnt

in wmtweaks i have it set to blink on urgent windows and to keep blinking.. this works. the window will blink and blink..

however what does not work if the windows list plugin for the panel.. it doesnt blink or highlight the windows that is set as urgent.
i'm pretty sure it use to..
any thoughts?
