xfce4 4.10 - action buttons plugin does not save settings

I'm running Funtoo with Xfce4 4.10 (pre).

Xfce4 was migrated from 4.8 to 4.10 on the desktop. A fresh install of 4.9 was done on the laptop sometimes later updated to 4.10 (pre).

Action buttons are set to Menu on both installations. Somehow each time system is started on the desktop, settings are back to Buttons while they remain as they were at time on shutdown on the laptop.

How can I fix issue on the desktop ?

Desktop is i386 and laptop amd64.

You may want to clear the session cache (~/.cache/session) or examine the settings at ~/.config/xfce4
