[Solved] Getting a similar look to that of XFCE 4.10 as "advertised"

I wonder how do I get a similar look to XFCE 4.10 as "advertised" on the website like:

settings-manager.png

What theme is this? xfwm (Settings > Window Manager) or xfce theme? My looks like:

W9NM0.png

Am using Arch Linux with XFCE4.10

The Faenza-Dark (or better still, Faenza-Darkest) is for that.

As for the first post, I prefer the second screenshot.
