Greybird gtk and xfwm4 themes (default Xubuntu themes), and Faenza icon theme

dont forget change the theme, icons and Fonts if you want the Same look

The Faenza-Dark (or better still, Faenza-Darkest) is for that.
As for the first post, I prefer the second screenshot.
