is xfce work with all xdg < tag > menu

Hello....

Direct

              <Category>Emulator</Category>

            <Or>
                <Category>Audio</Category>
            </Or>
</Include>
..........................

If there is no entries in "Emulator" ....then "Audio" Merge....This is in XDG
In xfce     "Or" = +      means  Emulator+Audio

Is this a problem xfce 4.8 ...
Or Ignore it
