[Solved] xfce-places-plugin not saving settings

Since upgrading to 4.10, setting xfce-places-plugin to showing both icon and label goes back to showing only icon whenever I reboot or restart the panel. I cannot find a configuration file so there is no option to set it manually. I am using the version from AUR and it seems I am not the only one having this issue. Is there a fix?

Not the most optimal solution but you can save your configuration by executing:

$ xfce4-panel -s

Autosave has been restored in master and will be in 4.10.1

andrzejr's solution worked for me. I now have a places-2.rc configuration file. Thank you.
