Keyboard shortcuts

While on 4.8, I had set up a few shortcuts to launch programs. For example, I could open Firefox with ctrl+shift+F. Now, in 4.10, I'm finding that doesn't work whereas changing it to ctrl+alt+F works. Is that planned or some glitch at my end? (I had to do a partial upgrade but with no other negative consequences so far.)
