Disable titlebar scroll transparency.

Is there any way to disable the scroll-on-titlebar transparency.
I keep accidentally doing this due to touchpad (and I want to keep the scroll action).

I hunted through the options and google but didn't find a solution.

Run the command

 xfconf-query -c xfwm4 -p /general/mousewheel_rollup -s false
