[Solved] Window Manager Theme/Style Overridden on New Session

I have set my Window Manager Style to be Wallis:

$ fgrep -iR '"theme"'  ~/.config/
~/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfwm4.xml:    <property name="theme" type="string" value="Wallis"/>

However, when I login, the window manager theme/style is something else, a black theme.  So I go back into the Window Manager and fix it.

What is overriding my theme setting?  Or how do I resolve this?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Try removing the sessions cache, it's at ~/.cache/sessions
