"Quarter tiling" in xubuntu 12.04 with xfce 4.10?

Hallo,

I just installed xubuntu 12.04. After that, I installed xfce 4.10 with this tutorial:

I was curious about the new tiling feature. It also works, however it would be very nice if there is the possibility to tile windows in one quarter of the screen. This is also be done in the following video (time 0:42)

This doesn't work on my computer.

Is there a way to fix this? I am only a beginner in the linux environment, so a detailed answer would be very nice.
