XFCE 4.10 won't retain the Icons settings until I log out and....

... log back in. In other words, I boot into Xubuntu and my Icons are set to Gnome. I log out and back in and it's back to where I have always had it, bluebird. It just started doing that after I was experimenting with new settings in the Appearance & Icons parts of Settings Manager. I did try some out the other day but I went back to bluebird. Now I can't get it to stick on reboots unless I log in, log out, then log in again. Weird.

I was thinking of filing a bug report but I don't know which package I should file it against.
