[Solved] How to prevent windows from moving desktops on activation?

When windows/apps are activated by non-user events (network communication, timeouts, etc), they will jump to the current desktop.  Is there a way to change that behaviour to switch the desktop?

I've been trying to google and search the forums, but I must be using the wrong terms...
