cpugraph has border when showframe unchecked

after I upgraded to 4.10 the light grey border was there soon as i added cpugraph to the panel
hmm not the best as I like it almost invisible except for cpu activity
oh i think its actually a bckground on the plugin that gets coloured same as windows
check show frame and the grey gets decorated
check border and hardly any of the graph is left the border is so huge
this is cpugraph 1.0.2
well its a minor thing
