Cannot Relocate Plugins

I have just used the ppa to update xubuntu 12.04 to include the latest xfce desktop.
All appeared to go correctly and I used synaptic to ensure that all 4.10 available items were in place (including the debug material)
After a reboot my basic plugins (date/time, name, screens etc) moved from the right side to the left and now gets pushed across the screen as windows are opened.
The panel-Manager does not apparently offer a solution.

Help would be a appreciated

Add an expanding separator.
