[Solved] Switch desktop to xfce

Hi,

I've installed the xfce in a remote machine running on CentOS 6 which I can only access by ssh and vnc for the desktop. How can I switch the desktop from gnome to xfce?

Thank you.

Kind regards,

jupiter

Re: [Solved] Switch desktop to xfce

Honestly I have no idea as I never used remote machines, but a guess would be that you change the default session in your remote machine (the way to do it would depend on the distribution used).
If it's CentOS, I googled these that may help:

Re: [Solved] Switch desktop to xfce

Hello Jupiter!

Can you tell me what you did on your CentOS 6?
I also have a machine Rhel6 with xfce that I want to access remotely with via Hummingbird/Exceed.

Thanks
