Right align desktop icons?

I'm rather new to this forum and to XFCE.  Been looking for an answer to this question but couldn't find it.

Is it possible to right-align desktop icons, or at least: move them by default to the right side of the screen?
The reason why I'm asking this, is that I want to have conky on the left of the screen.
