I met a problem when I try to install XFCE4.10 on Cygwin

The first two packages (xfce4-dev-tools and libxfce4util) were installed successfully and no errors were reported. However, when I tried to compile xfconf, the configure script reported an error and failed. It says 'checking for libxfce4util-1.0 >= 4.9.0... not found' and I don't know how to fix it. Is there anyone can help me?

I know this is a late reply, but it looks to me like either you installed libxfce4util from an earlier version (4.8 series, perhaps) rather than from 4.10.  Or, you may have not placed libxfce4util or its headers in the right directory (i.e. where autoconf could find them) when you compiled and installed them.
