[Solved] set panel position from terminal

Hello,

how can i set the panl position ( X Y ) with the terminal?

after some search i see that this information is stored in "./config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml" file
but when i set new value and save the file nothing happen..

The clean way to modify xfce parameter (and apply it) from command line is to use xfconf-query.
In your case, it's something like :

xfconf-query -c xfce4-panel -p /panels/panel-0/position -s "p=6;x=23;y=666"

Xfce is NOT Xubuntu. Bugs in Xubuntu don't mean that Xfce is buggy ...
