Thx, but I cannot use lxmed, because I don't have java installed on my a very small thin client and no place to install java.
Is it any other way to edit config file manually?

Hi ccc, just saying, I could search but better you do it yourself directly. There have been several posts with the same issue (I answered one today, IIRC).
Try googling:
edit menu site:forum.xfce.org
or use the forum search (which works quite well).

You don't have to use lxmed. You can manually edit xfce-applications.menu and .desktop files, as the wiki explains.

I've created an additional .desktop file for my application in /usr/share/applications/ and it works well now:
[Desktop Entry]
Name=my_app_name
Encoding=UTF-8
Type=Application
Icon=/usr/share/pixmaps/my.png
Exec=/usr/bin/my_app
Categories=Application;Network;
Terminal=false
