Cannot set up recurrent todo's in Orage

Hello,

I am looking for a replacement to Korganizer, to avoid the "semantic desktop" hell and the forced installation of packages i do not really need (i use no other KDE component that requires kdepim, nor do i see why Korganizer should require it for a personal use).

I came across Orage, which looks adequate for my modest needs, except i cannot seem to make it produce alarms for recurrent todo's. To avoid a lengthy description of what i do with the GUI, here's the resulting lines in the orage.ics file:

BEGIN:VTODO
UID:Orage-20120521T022212Z1-1000@orb
CLASS:PUBLIC
DTSTAMP:20121023T111851Z
CREATED:20120521T022212Z
LAST-MODIFIED:20121023T111851Z
SUMMARY:X
DTSTART;TZID=Europe/Brussels:20121023T220000
RRULE:FREQ=DAILY
X-ORAGE-TODO-BASE:START
BEGIN:VALARM
TRIGGER;VALUE=DURATION:-PT1M
X-ORAGE-PERSISTENT-ALARM:YES
ACTION:DISPLAY
DESCRIPTION:X
X-ORAGE-DISPLAY-ALARM:ORAGE
END:VALARM
BEGIN:VALARM
TRIGGER;VALUE=DURATION:-PT1M
X-ORAGE-PERSISTENT-ALARM:YES
ACTION:AUDIO
ATTACH:/usr/share/orage/sounds/Spo.wav
END:VALARM
END:VTODO

The aim of these lines is to set up a daily alarm giving me a one-minute advance warning for event "X" that takes place at 22h00. The alarm works only on the first occurrence, and never again.

I can actually make this work for an *event* rather than a todo, but i prefer to avoid this because (1) Orage then displays every day in bold, so that i can no longer have an overview of my other events, and (2) well, it's a todo, not an event!

Thanks for any pointers!

No replies?

Is orage a maintained package? Come to think of it, there is no link to a dedicated orage page from XFCE's main project page:
