Desktop Settings, start as larger size

Hi, how do I make the Desktop settings window launch at a larger size. It always launchs all bunched up and is hard to see everything, example below of how it currently launches:

Size I'd like it to launch as:

Maybe try devilspie or use wmctrl to set the size for it (you may have to make a script that will launch it - xfdesktop-settings - and then wmctrl resize it and use for the Exec command in ~/.local/share/applications/xfce-backdrop-settings.desktop).
