Hi All,
Whenever I log out of my Xfce (Debian Wheezy) account or retstart the computer, I log back in and Iceweasel automatically starts. In the log out pop-up (the one with logout, restart, shutdown, hibernate and suspend on it) I uncheck the "save session for future log ins" option and it remains unchecked. Also under Applications Menu/Settings/Sessions and Startup, "Automatically save session on logout" is unchecked and in the "application autostart" tab, iceweasel is not checked or even present. I tested by leaving iceweasel on along with chromium and a command terminal. After a restart and log-in, the only one that restarted was iceweael. Anyone know what's going on here?
Thanks Much,
uid0

You probably have previously saved a session with Iceweasel running. In Settings/Sessions and Startup/Session click on Clear Saved Sessions and try logging out and back in again.
