change a folder icon

I am using on Debian installation xfce 4.8 with faience azur icons ..
I am wondering how to make possible to change the icon of Dropbox folder to other
faience azur folder ?

I know that xfce 4.8 is quite old and most people using xfce 4.10 but anycase , can someone advise me to make that ?

how is the icon of dropbox now?
how you want it to look like?
what is the theme set to your user?
