[Solved] [xfce4-terminal 0.6.x] Jump to tab

I have updated from 0.4.8 to 0.6.0 and I really, REALLY miss Alt+<num> shortcut from earlier version, Ctrl+Page(up/down) really doesn't cut it sad
I tried adding

AccelSwitchToTab1=<Alt>1
AccelSwitchToTab2=<Alt>2
AccelSwitchToTab3=<Alt>3
AccelSwitchToTab4=<Alt>4
AccelSwitchToTab5=<Alt>5
AccelSwitchToTab6=<Alt>6
AccelSwitchToTab7=<Alt>7
AccelSwitchToTab8=<Alt>8
AccelSwitchToTab9=<Alt>9

to ~/.config/Terminal, but it still won't work. I also tried 0.6.1 version but it still won't react to Alt+<num>

XFCE 4.10
Xubuntu 12.10

Same here, too. I would be glad if there was any way to reenable these shortcuts...

0.6.1 has some code to restore them, but you can set shortcuts with editable menu accelerator. Read the manual: http://docs.xfce.org/faq

I was thinking there had to be s.th. about these accelerators, but I didn't know anything about that whole gtk+ editable accelerators thing at all until now. Short into the new year and already learned a thing!

So uhhh.. I read FAQ but I still don't know how to set Alt+<num> (go to <num> tab) shortcuts then? I really, really need them smile

xfce4-terminal remove the editable menu for shortcuts right??

those going to be added to another utility or readded or any??

Make sure editable menu accelerators are enable, open a bunch of tabs, hover the items and press Alt+X. And no the shortcuts editor won't return, because there is a way to do this.

Thank you! To clarify, open bunch of tabs and go to Tabs from menu, and with menu accelerators enabled, assign shortcuts to list of tabs e.g. first item on list Alt + 1 and so on...
