Nvidia driver tried to adjust, create a file "/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-monitor.conf" of management arch. After rebooting the desktop is no longer displayed XFCE many elements, including the transparency of the menu, so I assumed that the XFCE can not detect the video driver. Deleted the file, but the error persists, but after a user selection menu and a single login everything works fine. KDE runs okay. please help fix XFCE

It seems that xfwm4 had crashed.
Try this command (Alt-F2 or open a terminal)
xfwm4 --replace &
Then clean the session cache
rm -rf ~/.cache/sessions/
