Open folder location with Application Finder Alt-F2 dialog

Hi, I would like to mimic the behaviour of Launchy and be able to open a folder location (like /home/user) in the quick application finder dialog that pops up when pressing Alt-F2. Ideally using Thunar, but if it could be tied to a custom file manager (like Konqueror) as well that would be great. Currently one must type "thunar /full/path/" but that is a lot of typing for a quick launch action.

Or would it also be possible to open Places (as defined in thunar on the left panel)?

you can use "thunar /folder/subfolder" to have thunar start in that subfolder  you could hit alt f2  type "thunar ~/subhomefolder"   

it works for me
