Forgive my poor english. I'm new to use XFCE, after a short time of use, I found that some applications can't use XFCE themes, while others are aviliable (I'm using debian wheezy beta4). Anyone can help this ? Below are some screenshots

These apps use a different version of GTK. I think Transmission and NetworkManager use GTK 2, while most XFCE stuff seems to use GTK 3 (unless it's the other way around, I don't remember). As to why your apps are not being skinned, I can think of two possibilities:
1) Your theme doesn't support whatever GTK version they use
2) You're missing the necessary GTK2 engines (murrine, aurora, etc). You can install those from your package manager.
If it's 2), I suggest you run transmission-gtk from the terminal and check the error messages. You should get a GTK error telling you which engine is missing.

Thanks, It helped, I find my theme doesn't support GTK3 applications, and all those I listed are GTK3 applications. Now I change a theme support GTK3, It solved.
