Globalmenu problem

Hello.
I have been trying to skin XFCE to make it look like Mac OS X.
I have already themed xfwm4, wallpaper etc.
Now I want to XFCE have global menu. The problem is that I have tried many variants and none of them worked. Some of them failed to install, some of them are broken.

As you can see in the screenshot, it shows just the title of the program and not the menu.
How can I fix this? Any help would be appreciated.
