Hi All.
I found, downloaded, and installed a Panel Menu editor of sorts. It has limited scope. It can edit only part of the Xfce Panel Menu, section 4: Accessories | Graphics | Internet | etc., and, even for section 4, it doesn't display everything, and you can't move menu items up or down, but it's better than nothing.
Does anyone know of one that will edit the entire menu, and move items up/down, and add tooltips?
Come on you old-timers...
Thanks - Mark.

I think Xfce 4.10 already comes with the main menu editor.
Go to Settings -> Main Menu

Interesting. My setup does not have that option in Settings. Can you do us a favor and click on the help button in that Main Menu editor and see what the offical name and version of it is?
Thanks,
MDM

The help button always takes me to the online doc.
I took that screenshot in Xubuntu 13.04 beta and it uses Xfce version 4.10.

From the pic I would say it is alacarte. It is pre-installed in Xubuntu but may not be in other distros.
Just need to install it.

You can also find it by right clicking the Menu button on the panel, then click Properties. Click on the Edit Menu button, and it should launch Alacarte.
