Weather applet

I searched the forum and found some answers that did not pertain to my situation.
Here goes, I am running LMDE with SID Repository.  However, I wanted to run XFCE 4.10 so I  pointed myself to Experimental repository, chose what I wanted to upgrade and I am now running 4.10.   But the weather applet was removed. When I attempt to install, Synaptic reports that it is Broken.   Seems the version of the Panel is the issue.  Supposedly it is to be > 4.7  &  < 4.9  which basically says, no weather applet for you.

Does anyone have any ideas.   The weather applet on 4.8 was really great, much better than the Screenlest ClearWeather which I now have to run.

I added the  deb http://packages.siduction.org/xfcenext unstable main
deb-src http://packages.siduction.org/xfcenext unstable main

but as you can see the following failed.

However I went into Synaptic and the weather plugin was there and it installed perfectly.   Thank you for your quick response.

yes, there's a problem with this .deb.
