translation team

Hi,

I am new to Xfce, I've been using Xubuntu for two months now. I was previously using Ubuntu.
I want to help out with xfce language translations as I need my Desktop to be in my home language, IsiXhosa (xh_ZA).

I requested a new team on the xfce tranlation page about two days ago --- nothing has happened since then.
How can one speed up the process?
