Thunar 1.6.2 snafu

Hi guys, two little *problems* with Thunar 1.6.2 on Xubuntu 13.04; README.thunarrc lists at the bottom: 'Additional information can be found on the Thunar Project Wiki: http://thunar.xfce.org/pwiki/documentation/advanced_settings' which is a 404.

Anyway, having trouble finding the information I'm looking for even when the pages do exist. Everything seems a little bit too-poorly documented, reminds me of Micro$oft documentation: "When you click to open a document, the document will open". ;$

1. How is it possible to add custom categories to the Side Pane? I know that I can drag shortcuts under PLACES, but that's not the same.

   

2. In the Toolbar, the home button is in front of the "up" icon and there seems to be no way to remove it, or change the order of the buttons around?
