patch for xfce4-xkb-plugin-0.5.4.3

Hello, I have a patch for the xfce4-xkb-plugin (ver 0.5.4.3, which is the currently available from the http://goodies.xfce.org/projects/panel- … kb-plugin) that adds "deskbar" mode support into it.
How can I submit it ?

In this patch (188 lines long with all context) I added callbacks for mode\rows changed events and modified the panel size computation routine for deskbar mode. I also tweaked flag\text drawing a little bit to scale it properly.
