hello *.xfce

Hi all!

This distribution looks nice. Definitely going to try it out and consider using.

Ciao

Re: hello *.xfce

Welcome!
That's nice, but just to be crystal clear: Xfce is a Desktop Environment big_smile (Along with Gnome, KDE, LXDE and others, but these are the mainstream ones out there.)
(Linux) distributions are for example Arch Linux, Debian, Xubuntu, Fedora, openSUSE, Linux Mint, etc.

Re: hello *.xfce

Generally I use Mint 15 and have so for a couple of years. Recently I thought I'd give Xubuntu 13.04 a try and once up and running I must say I am impressed. I'm what you would call a computer enthusiast and technician and try different distros to recommend. Not being a big fan of Unity and Compiz I installed Xubuntu and installed all my usual apps without any problems.
