how upgrade to fedora 19

I already use fedora 18 xfce.
How do I upgrade to fedora 19 xfce?

Yum extender is only for updates?
There doesn;t seem to be any UPGRADE option.

Re: how upgrade to fedora 19

This is really a Fedora question but as root or using sudo the command is

fedup-cli --network 19 --debuglog /root/fedupdebug.log

follow the instructions on the screen, reboot when it asks you to and select upgrade if it asks.
