Skype button in taskbar does not blink for unread message

Hello,

When using the grouping option in Windows Buttons, the skype button/tab does not blink if I have an unread message from a chat window that is already opened.

Any solutions for this? I tried settings/windows manager tweaks/Accesibility and check Notify of urgency by making window decoration blink and Keep urgen window blink repeteadly, but this does not seem to work (probably this is for window setting not for taskbar button)
