Shadow in xfce panel with greybrird theme

Hello guys,
I'm using greybird theme, and I modified the color of the panel background.

Now I got something like this : (panel on top, google chrome on bottom - just for font comparaison)

As you can see, there is a shadow for titles of each application, it looks like a bad blur...
This shadow goes away when I focus it with mouse.

How can I always disable it ? which file should I edit ?
