rounded corners on icon text and 3d start button

Hi xfce users,

I'm running crunchbang v3.2 distribution with xfce 4.8 desktop environment.

I was wondering if someone could show me how to make the desktop icon background corners sharp instead of rounded.

Also, how do you make the application menu a 3d button (just like when you hover over it) instead of the flat button?

Hi, I've been without a PC for all this year but I think I can answer the xfdesktop question. Have a look at http://git.xfce.org/xfce/xfdesktop/tree/README (it's in your /usr/doc directory too).
I think you would need to change the 'padding' value.
BTW, this has been asked a few times here. Always try a Google search with what you need adding site:forum.xfce.org to the search term as it eases the quest a lot.
