Window tile makes the window high half the desktop

I'm using XFCE 4.10 (Xubuntu 13.10), and I noticed that when I drag any window to the top of the screen, its height is half desktop, like this:

Also when I drag the window to the left or right, it doesn't tile vertically.

Is there a way to make the window tiling full-desktop?

Uncheck "Settings Manager -> Window Manager -> Wrap workspaces when dragging a window off the screen" to get it to tile vertically when you move to the sides of the screen.

Is there a way to make the window tiling full-desktop?

Click the Maximize window button? Or press F11?

Re: Window tile makes the window high half the desktop

Hi ToZ, thanks for the quick reply!

Click the Maximize window button? Or press F11?

I know that, but I would like to be able to fully maximize the window by tiling on the top. I didn't see something to do it in the settings window, so is there a way to edit the default tiling behaviour? Maybe by changing some configuration file?

Unfortunately no, not without patching the code. Existing request here.

Hmmm, is there a downloadable patch?

Sorry, not that I am aware of.
