suspend button

I have two different installations of 4.8 over Debian 7: one on an Acer Aspire One 722 laptop, and the other in VirtualBox on an HP laptop with Windows 7.  In the former the xfce4-session-logout button includes Suspend, in the latter it does not.

What determines the presence/absence of suspend?

Re: suspend button

I don't think suspending guest OS's is supported in VirtualBox, at least not from the guest OS itself.
