dialog boxes in 4.10

I had a sinple but handy script in 4.8 that relied on the old gdialog for boxes, but in 4.10 gdialog appears not even to be installable.  Moreover, the dialog boxes in 4.10 are very high quality, and I would like to think about duplicating those myself.

Does anybody know what is being used to draw those boxes?

TIA

Re: dialog boxes in 4.10

From my Arch install, running:

gdialog --help

...returns:

gdialog is a compatibility wrapper around zenity, provided to hopefully
allow older scripts to run. If you are reading this message, you should
probably be using zenity directly

You could try replacing references to gdialog with zenity in your scripts.
