My terminal cannot use right click and the terminal without menu bar

Hi All
I use the XFCE on the server.
When I open my terminal, I cannot see the menu bar, I cannot use right click on the screen (Hence I cannot see the menu like 'copy','paste','show menubar').   I even cannot use short cut (e.g. Ctrl+Shift+C,Ctrl+Shift+V).
And the right click on the desktop seem work.
Does anybody tell me why?

I deleted all your other topics with exactly the same subject. There is absolutely no reason to post the same question in 3 different topics.
