Native Photo Metadata Editor

Hello. I am concern about the organisation of my personal photos gallery. As you may know, Windows and MacOS have tools to easily insert EXIF metadata into photos, such as title, description and location.

If you want to know what is the importance of this practice I would recommend this article.

In my opinion there is still a native tool missing: one that enables the user to easily modify its photos metadata, as we have in different OS. What I'm proposing is having a metadata editor embedded in the Image tab of the file Proprieties on Thunar, just as Windows do it. And a way to discretely show this metadata in the Ristretto Image Viewer, as well as being able to simply modify it, maybe using a shortcut.

What are your thoughts on this matter?

Great Idea.  Best path is to submit a feature request.
