Remote Access with Xfce and Xdm on RHEL6

Hello,

So I'm very new to Xfce and I would like to know how I can connect to my server (RedHat 6.4) via a remote connection (with Hummingbird/Exceed)?
On my server, I've installed all the following:
          xfce4-panel-4.8.3-2.el6.x86_64
          libxfce4ui-4.8.0-4.el6.x86_64
          xfce4-doc-4.8.3-1.el6.noarch
          xfce4-session-4.8.1-4.el6.x86_64
          xorg-x11-xdm-1.1.6-14.1.el6.x86_64
          xfce-utils-4.8.3-1.el6.x86_64
          libXdmcp-1.1.1-3.el6.x86_64
          libxfce4util-4.8.1-2.el6.x86_64
          xfce4-settings-4.8.3-1.el6.x86_64

Can someone please help me ???

I need this also and need to remotely reach xubuntu 14.04 and win 7
