Hi, I'm using Xubuntu Trusty.
With thunar 1.6.3 , if I connect a usb external disk, there is a "eject" icon in the thunar sidebar that unmounts drive and spins down disk.
Disk then disappears from sidebar and places menu, this is correct since it is not only unmounted but powered off.
(it wasn't like that in old versions, and this is nice since I don't like to just press disk power button when it's still rotating)
In places menu (version 1.6.0) sadly there is only "unmount" , that does not spin down disk.
Right now I'm using a small Zenity GUI to run udisks --detach and power down usb drives, but it would be nice to have that function built in places menu.
(I use places menu really often, while using thunar to do this would require me to open an unneeded file manager window)
I've also noticed that other usb things, like memory cards, my smartphone, pendrives, have both "unmount" and "eject" in places menu...
Anything about this issue?
Greetings
