[SOLVED] Mouse wheel on Window Buttons, stop it from changing windows?

I never use the functionality of scrolling between windows by scrolling on my task bar, and, it's causing my grief whenever I accidentally scroll over it. Is there anyway to disable that?

Thanks. test

The setting is located in the Window Buttons properties dialog: "Switch windows using the mouse wheel".
