How to remove xfce completely in centos 6.5?

xfce's version is 4.8
Linux version is centos 6.5,32bit

Unless you really need the disk space it is not worth the effort to remove it. You may create more problems than it is worth. It may remove packages needed by whatever desktop you wish to use. If you really want a system without it, re-installation may be the quickest way to go.

I've removed XFCE on more than one occasion. I find it easiest to use yumex (Fedora) or synaptic (Ubuntu/Linux Mint). I just start removing all files that look like xfce* or xfwm* along with exo. I suppose

sudo yum remove xfwm* xfce* exo

would work too
