Docky and composition

Good morning all,

I've recently installed Docky on my PC. Seems I recall having this issue before... I just can't remember what I did to fix. At startup (and possibly shutdown as well), I get a blank box at the bottom of my desktop. My compositor feature is ON, so I'm not sure where the issue might be. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance. I'm sure as soon as you tell me what it is, I'll smack my forehead and go "DUHHHH".... lol.
