Hello all just installed Xfce on my arch linux distro and I'm having a hard time figuring out how to change the Icons on panel 1. I've managed to change my folder Icons and my window themes and love the look but the icons on the panel i.e. sound and power icon look pretty dated is there any way I can change those? any and all help is apperciated.

your icon theme seems to be xfce incompatible it's probably missing one of those status files

audio-volume-low-medium.svg

Try installing the elementary-xfce-icons-git icon theme from the AUR. It contains a good set of monochrome panel icons in grey or black (which is more along the lines of what themes are doing these days with panel icons).

That's strange, I don't have this problem. What Appearance theme are you running? Does changing the theme help?
