Unable to change the theme

Hello everyone,

I'm newbie in xfce but for couple of years I was using ubuntu with unity desktop enviroment. Few days ago I instaled xfce on ubuntu (yes xfce desktop not a xbuntu ) since then I've been trying to customizate it but I have a lot of problem.

Firstly I want to change my theme. I done everything just like in tutorials, I copied theme to usr/share/themes and even in home/.themes then I go to apparance settings in xfce menu and choose my theme but as a result my theme doesn't change at all. The panel and everything is still the same. However I'm able to change the decoration theme (xfwm) :[

Yes I installed gtk murrine engine, Yes the theme has both gtk and xfwm.

theme pack: Albatross with gtk and xfwm      https://github.com/shimmerproject/Albatross
Ubuntu: 14.10

Re: Unable to change the theme

Did you log out and back in? That is sometimes needed for a theme change to work.
