[Solved] Thunar 1.6.5 tree pane directory expansion behavior changed?

After upgrading to Thunar 1.6.5 on Arch, I've found that I can no longer expand directories in the tree pane while remaining in the current directory. Every time I click on one of the little triangles to expand the tree, Thunar navigates to that directory. Every version I've used prior to 1.6.5 would expand the tree without changing the current directory when clicking on one of the little triangles. Has anyone else noticed this? Is it a regression or an intended change?

Re: [Solved] Thunar 1.6.5 tree pane directory expansion behavior changed?

This is more a side-effect of another change:
https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4519

The tree view is in a less good state than the other views. It will be worked on in the future, but not many people seem to use it.

Edit: It is caused by another patch: https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11514.

I've already fixed this and pushed it to master: http://git.xfce.org/xfce/thunar/commit/ … 74ae8824bc
So you can compile and test it. Please close the bug resolved fixed.

That was fast! Thanks for the support. I've compiled and tested the change you made and everything is working fine. Thanks again, you've made my day!
